Three steps, no surprises
Receipt and inspection
When the machine reaches our workshop it is completely dismantled, measured and assessed, and the scope of work is shared in writing.
Workshop overhaul
Worn parts are renewed, parts not held in stock are manufactured on our own machine tools, and the machine is reassembled.
Testing and handover
It is run at working pressure on our test bench; rotation speed, spray pattern and tightness are verified, and the machine is handed over with its documentation.
Supplied from stock, manufactured when not
Turbine impellers, nozzles, gear trains, shafts, bearings and housing assemblies are held in our stock. Parts that are not in stock, or that have long lead times, can be manufactured on our own CNC and lathe machines.

Nothing leaves untested
Every machine we overhaul is run at working pressure on our own test bench. Rotation speed, spray pattern and tightness are verified before it goes back on board.
